She has had exhibitions at the Arnolfini Gallery, Leighton House, The Royal Cornwall Museum, Cadogan Contemporary, the Michael Parkin Gallery, the Rebecca Hossack Gallery and the Illustration Cupboard, and she has contributed to the Royal Academy Summer Exhibitions. She is a life member of the Newlyn Society of Artists.

‘This is how the toucan came into my life. Standing outside her junk shop at the top of arcade steps in Penzance was a woman in floods of tears. I asked her what the matter was, and she said ‘... bank manager’. I went into her shop and my heart sank. I couldn’t see anything that I wanted to buy, until, from the back of the shop the wonderful toucan winked at me. He’s become a great friend and I should think I’ve painted him forty times.’
